Over the past eighteen months Embricon has combined its considerable clinical, technical and business knowledge and experience to identify several product opportunities in peripheral vascular surgery. The research carried out into varicosis has identified an opportunity to bring to market, in a moderate time period, a product that can satisfy a very significant market need. Having evolved the product concept ideas based upon continuous feedback from clinical procedural experience the company is now ready to move into the product development stage.
The company has identified a pipeline of complimentary vascular product concepts and intends to use the initial product as the catalyst to develop a portfolio of innovative peripheral vascular products in the future. The company is now actively exploring financing options to progress the initial project through development and into the market by 2009.
